The team’s Christmas drinks
Alan will be starting the day with a Champagne breakfast of Veuve Clicquot with oysters. Later in the day, he will be having one of his recent favourites; Pulpo made from the Albariño grapes grown in the Spanish region of Rías Baixas.
Geoff will be starting the day with Rockford Sparkling Black Shiraz N.V. Then at lunch the Swinney Vineyards Riesling and Château la Gordonne rosé will be fantastic with the award winning Castelli Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 as the night draws in.
Sue will be enjoying Louis Roederer Champagne in the morning with a few glasses of William Fèvre.
Robyn is going to enjoy one of her favourite Champagnes; Veuve Clicquot and then Heidsieck Monopole with a Prosecco to have later.
Perri always starts with a Champagne breakfast; this year it’ll be Veuve Clicquot, loving the wine this year!
Rachel is going to start with bubbles as well; Perrier-Jouët and Veuve Clicquot will be on the menu.
Sam will be sharing a bottle of Moët & Chandon with family. For beers, Sam will try a few Hop Tart and one of the Swanny Pale Ales and 4 Pines Amber Ales.
Sam J will be having Hop Hog at lunch after a Champagne breakfast of Heidsieck & Co Monopole. Tim will have Brown Brothers Crouchen Riesling and will chase it with a few cans of Export.
James will be enjoying Clairault Chardonnay while Zac will have a Charles Melton Nine Popes GSM.
David will be enjoying the Somersby Apple Cider with a garnish of Allen’s party mix.
Ruth will have a few glasses of Prosecco with a few fantastic Chardonnays from Vasse Felix and Fraser Gallop.
Paul will no doubt open one of his favourites; Sierra Nevada Pale Ale while Drew will have Hahn SuperDry and Clausthaler.
